What do you enjoy most about work?

I enjoy being able to be in a team and speaking with higher management of banks.

What is a challenge or difficulty you face at work?

A challenge is when i face anxiety due to uncertainties that I cannot control.

How do you see that the Gospel is or could be transforming your sphere, industry or workplace?

People are highly stressed. I see the gospel being able to make those anxious have peace. A lot of identity comes from what you are able to do and deliver, but the gospel can help people to see that their value and worth is in Christ.

How do you think you or others in your field can shine the light of Christ in your sphere?

Being able to have conversations with them and praying for them.

What is one piece of advice you would give to those that will enter the workplace in the future?

Be grounded and know who you are. You will make mistakes and it will be hard to swallow but when you respond differently, that makes all the difference.
