What do you enjoy most about your work?

Problem-solving & working with the best talents of the field. Handling complicated legal issues within a tight timeframe makes me tick and brings on my best performance.

What is a challenge or difficulty you face at work?

To demonstrate leadership. A well-rounded team leader adept at communicating with people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds and time zones will tremendously improve project efficiency and efficacy and bring out satisfactory outcomes beneficial to everyone.

How do you see that the Gospel is or could be transforming your workplace?

The power of humility is less visible in the seasoned practitioners in the legal industry. It is important to be humble to the vulnerable people seeking your professional help and strive to achieve your best performance. It is equally important to demonstrate the power of humility and confidence to your clients who are well-off.

What is one piece of advice you would give to those that will enter the workplace in the future?

I did what my husband advised me to do in the past fifteen years: “Do what you like to do, the money will follow”.
